how to set module parameters

Hello,

I have a device driver which has some module parameters. I know how to set the parameters with insmod. But how do I set the value if I compile the driver inside the kernel.

Thanks

In your boot-loader configuration file, e.g. /boot/grub/menu.lst or /etc/lilo.conf

Won't it work if you put the parameters in /etc/modprobe.conf (2.6 kernel) or /etc/modules.conf (2.4 kernel)?

Yves.
