How do I upload files to my sourceforge site?

I'm not used to this SSH thing with authentication and such. I've only used FTP to put up my sites and only used SSH to screw around with the Linux computer at school from a distance while my friend is on it (shutdown -h now). Does anyone know how I would upload files to sourceforge for having your own website for the project?

you would do exactly the same, just use sftp rather than ftp if you can not, or do not wish to, use plain ftp. from windows winscp is a good program to use. as for sourceforge itself, it's user docs detail their upload routines if you read through them.

It's userdocs seem to demand keys and SSH and mention nothing about FTP... >> And I'm in Linux.

erm.. no sourceforge can do standard ftp i'm sure, but if now, as above, use sftp. most gui ftp clients also support sftp.

use gftp if you fancy a gui client (wich is not bad at all)

ok, so do that. There is a good guide on our tutorial site, but ssh key authentication is fairly popular and common to set up.
