How can i create mysql.sock... plz HELP


please any body have any idea
How to create mysql.sock file... it has been deleted due to some reason. and i could not able to connect to the mysql...

plzzzzzzzzzzz help me out.....?

Try restarting mysqld:
/etc/init.d/mysqld stop
/etc/init.d/mysqld start
