general compilers question


hi every one

i just want to know about c,c++ compilers used in freebsd,openbsd,netbsd.

if they are not same then specialities of them.

This may possibly be too general... the most common and arguably most powerful is gcc... type "info gcc" for a good reference.

If it's gcc, it's gcc. gcc will run on all of the platforms you mentioned. You can type 'gcc --version' to see which version specifically it is.
