front end for C program in linux ?

hi ,
i want to know which is the good front end programming tool that can be used in C system levl programming in linux ?

I use kdevelop. the new one in KDE 3.2 is awesome. theirs also Anjunta for GNOME and if you like controlling everthing emacs.

this is a user management tool for linux i can't say about the GUI, it varies from customer to customer. then is it possible to use the above mentioned tools ?
