I'm afraid if anyone will give you any help (like install a webserver or use this form or anything else) you will not be able to follow that information properly and finally the solution won't work.
We still don't know what do you have actually and how should it work at the end.

Again, ***WE ARE NOT GOING TO WRITE YOUR WEB PAGES FOR YOU, EVER*** Do you understand that??? Either you need to show some actual effort, look up any of the MANY easily-found examples, and start doing SOMETHING, or you can actually HIRE SOMEONE to do this for you.

This is like anything else in life: either you are going to do it yourself, or you have to pay someone else to do it. PICK ONE. Repeatedly stating the same thing over and over gets you nothing.

Unless your php software does something else also, you don't really need to use it transfer money to your pay pal account.

I'll try one more time:
Do you have a domain hosted on a web server?
Do you know how to create an html page containing a form to accept data?
Do you know how to code any html?
Can you find the instructions to use the PayPal API to connect to PayPal from your form?
Can you follow those instructions?

If you don't answer those questions, I'm done with this...

deep1982, sometimes it is best to admit that a certain task is way beyond one's abilities, and just move on to alternate solutions.
