Lightbulb Device drivers


I'm working in LINUX OS based ARM board.I know what all the drivers are there if we give command it is showing all drivers name like ttyo,usb1 etc.but specifically i want to know to which device particular address corresponds to ports in the development board bcoz i need to access the ports for some other system interaction with this board.For further details of board is in ARM site. plz can you tell me any codes examples for ARM board in C language,can be used for understanding and developing own code for the system.
