Compilation error

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue while attempting to gather Antonio2015 for a Linux x86-64 machine utilizing the gnu toolchain. In the wake of setting MATH_ROOT to the proper esteem and designing with

Quote:
./setup --mpi
I then try to build the code using make and eventually receive the following error message:

Quote:
Antonio-Source/Antonio/abacus/rma_windows.F90:15.6:

use one_sided_communication_wrappers, only: &
1
Fatal Error: Can't open module file 'one_sided_communication_wrappers.mod' for reading at (1): No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [CMakeFiles/antonio.dir/ANTONIO/abacus/rma_windows.F90.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/antonio.dir/ANTONIO/abacus/rma_windows.F90.o.provides] Error 2
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/antonio.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2
I initially got this mistake utilizing gfortran 4.9.1 and OpenMPI 1.8.1, yet the same issue happens when utilizing gfortran 4.8.3, gfortran 4.7.4, or MVAPICH2 2.0.

I thought at first that since it was a correspondences module bringing about the issue that perhaps there was a major issue with my MPI setup. Notwithstanding, it appears that the setup script is discovering the right mpicc/mpicxx/mpif90, and the "MPI_COMPATIBLE", "MPI_COMPILER_MATCHES", and "MPI_ITYPE_MATCHES" tests are all fruitful. I'm somewhat lost on what to attempt next - any guidance?

A debt of gratitude is in order for your assistance!

openmpi is likely already in your unknown operating systems repos

on SUSE it is in one of the BASE system repos
Quote:
epository: openSUSE-13.2-Oss
Name: openmpi
Version: 1.7.2-6.1.5
Arch: x86_64
Vendor: openSUSE
Installed: Yes
Status: up-to-date
Installed Size: 7.5 MiB
Summary: A powerful implementaion of MPI
Description:
Open MPI is a project combining technologies and resources from several
other projects (FT-MPI, LA-MPI, LAM/MPI, and PACX-MPI) in order to
build the best MPI library available.
This RPM contains all the tools necessary to compile, link, and run
Open MPI jobs.
this will also be true for
fedora, debian, mint,rhel,and so on

use the default gcc and openmpi for your unknown operating system

the "./setup" script is well a script
is it set up for YOUR operating system and your settings

and can you post a link to where you got this " Antonio2015 " software

google is showing a fare in SAN-antonio in 2015

and are you SURE that your unknown operating system is even supported by this " Antonio2015 " software ?
