Guess the number-- Cheating program-- Website games -- $$ opportunity for you

jackpot guess= a guess of a random number out of 1,000,000
2nd text box= the chances are 1/1000 (any number from 0-999)

there is a game on a website that has a guess number game. This webpage has this game in the middle of the page. The game has text directions (above the game) and then two input boxes and a submit button. The first submit box is a text box. In this first box you enter your guess for the "jackpot guess". The second box is an text box also. In this box I guess my number.

Code:

Example:
Text box 1 [12345678 ]
Text box 2 [063 ]
*Presses submit* [Submit]
And that is how you play the game.

I want a program that will input 0..1..2...3...999 into that second input box,
The only programming language I know is java, and I know that I can't do this with java.

What kind of language could I study to write such a program?
Can somebody write this for me?
Is there some site with programmers for hire (for a job like this?)

I thought about this.. what somebody could do is tell the browser to go to website.com then enter keystroke tab tab tab tab (until it hit the input box) then enter 7digit numbers tab go to 2nd box enter 3digits, tab, press enter (that's an idea, but i think it over complicates things)

That is not clever to expect win something from this sort of site with your strategy.

Did you not think that sys admin, bots or maintenance scripts will log your IP after one certain number of attempt, they can put you on their black list.

Technically it is a kid game to fill a web form and send it automatically.
