a newbie question about instruction set

hi

please explain how we can use instruction sets of a cpu to create a new programming language.

one more thing:

could we change the AAA x86 instruction sign to something else using another characters? something like this: AAA --> آآآ

Or Jxx to this جکس

if there is any website or book about this please put it here.

I appreciate your help.

The symbols used in assembly programming are just shorthand - when the program is assembled they are translated to binary. If you wanted to change the symbols, you would simply change the assembler.

Creating a high-level programming language has little to do with CPU instruction sets. (Assembly language is intimately related to instruction sets to the point that you can't really create anything new). I am not sure why you would want to create a new programming languages, there are dozens of existing ones.
