Unhappy help


i am trying tooo put yahoo messenger on my pc but when i get to the part where i am to go to the run menu and put it /usr/ymessenger from x window it will not do it plz help can anyone help me please

hi there..

1. Please mention the subject of your post with some desciption like 'Problem with yahoo messenger',using a subject like 'help' won't do much benefit to you since you won't get much hits to your thread.

2. As far as your problem is concerned,I assume you installed yahoo mess. by its rpm,if that is the case then try running 'ymessenger' from shell.The binaries must have installed in your PATH.

Yahoo Messenger

Look in Internet/messaging and run gaim and then simply set up your yahoo profile and log in. It is included with the Mepis install.
