XMMS as default player in Mandriva 10.1

Greetings,
I listen to Smooth Jazz online and I wish to make XMMS my default player. Currently every time I open the shoutcast file I get Amarok. How do I change this so I can use XMMS as my default player?

you can change file associations in the KDE Control center under i think KDE Components.
i dont know what type you would select for this type of file. and also, is xmms capable of playing this type of stream? or does it need a codec?

Thanks for the reply! I'll try your suggestion and see how things go. I've used XMMS for several years now on Smooth Jazz.Com without problem. Me, well I got to full of myself and clicked on Amarok instead of taking my time and browsing for XMMS.

I dislike Amarok , it just isn't for me.
