xfce-4.2 beta in mandrake-10.1CE?

Has anyone tried xfce-4.2 beta in mandrake-10.1CE?

or do anyone has a good guide in how to compile those sources?

i tried but failed/

any help|?

Try using the XFCE installer, instead of downloading the sources, you can download the installer, hopefully it'll work for you.

hi there,

but im getting the output as below.

[cm93@cm93]$ ./xfce4-4.2beta1-installer.bin

any idea how to solve this?

you need to upgrade your GTK package. Try to upgrade your system using urpmi and then run the installer again.
