NTFS integrity check


Hello!
Please help. Dew to some hardware problem my NTFS partition has some errors now and the question is: can i check it for errors and fix them under Linux? (I use Mandrake 10.1)

No.
The only project that safely (at least according to themselves) writes to NTFS is http://www.jankratochvil.net/project/captive/
but I don't think even they have repair tools for NTFS.

(and regarding your english: dew is the wet stuff on the grass on cold mornings. What you're trying to say is "due".
Other than that it's perfect.)

I am assuming you have a similar problem I dealt with a couple months ago for a workmate.

here is a snippet of the problem I was trying to fix for a workmate.
