Mandriva Spring 2008.1 No flash player

i face the problem nspluginwrapper command not found

this problem:
nspluginwrapper: /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so is not a valid NPAPI plugin

compared to windows, why my internet surfing is slower in linux mandriva?
anything can i do to speed it up?

Flash in firefox is more reliable on my system after following the erata as miclem suggested.
