Mandriva 2009 Release date?

Hi,

Does anyone know when 2009 will be released. The only date I have found on the net is for today, but no sine of it.

Anyone know whats happening?

The repos are now available on the primary mirrors and should be on other mirrors as soon as they sync. Official release will probably be later today (October 9th, Paris time).

Yup, I have the 64 bit Free dvd downloading as we speak (well, type!) from the Paris mirror. Got to say with much better speeds than 2008 Spring.

Very much looking forward to playing with what looks like a superb new toy!

Yeah grabbed the iso form torrent at lunch, but didn't have time to post... burning it as i time =)

don't forget to check the 2009.0 errata to see what's up.

KDE say's no new features till Jan 2009, all updates will be bug fixes for KDE4.1.2

And please use the Mandriva HCL, it will help all mandriva users.
