You may upgrade and install files to a newer version with urpmi.
Or if you prefer a GUI, rpmdrake.(start_button system configuration packaging install-remove-and-upgrade-software)
Select upgrade, Youĺl need to initialise the data base for the distribution first.
Then once it has finished updating the database, you should be able to find the KDE i18n (kde-i18n-hu-3.5.4-1mdv2007.0.noarch)language package for your system by looking in "install-software".
You may also upgrade your system from here too.
The command line interface (cli) method is similar, the database libraries are the same, however you may choose to get the 2007.1 repositories as well.
If you have a good internet connection, search for easy-urpmi and follow the directions there.
Once the files have finished updating(cataloging the repositories on your computer) you can begin upgrading.
please post back with your progress and any questions, Cheers Glenn
