I just installed and updated packages for mdk 10.0 CE, it runs quite nicely but tvtime (an awesome program, by the way) hangs (freezes) the computer after some time running. Keyboard and mouse cease to respond and pressing caps lock will not toggle the status light on the keyboard.

My tv card is a hauppauge wintv (vanilla bt878) and DScaler works fine with it under winxp. It runs on a DFI lanparty ultra2(b) (nforce2) with an athlon xp 1600+ and 512 Mib RAM. The problem appears with the last stable and beta BIOS updates.

Sidenotes: installation required noapic and nolapic parameters passed to the kernel, USB mouse was not recognized unles a concurrent ps/2 mouse was plugged (then they both worked, go figure). Obviously mdk 10.0 CE is not very fond of the motherboard. While tvtime is not a must-have app it is really nice to impress my friends and wait for downloads to finish
