Question Mandrake 8.1 NVIDIA

Here goes!
I followed the instalation thats somewhere in this site, regarding the instalation of a nvidia driver "ia32".
The topic is "Mandrake 9.1 NVIDIA".
I followed the instalation, the "sh <driver-name>" command went well, with no errors along the way and I thought that it had worked!
The problem is that the graphics are NOT close to what I expect,
mainly the problem is the refresh lag of the computer monitor.
I didn't have a compatible graphical board to get instaled, so the computer put a generic board! The refresh rate is the same after the instalation, and I know this because when I drag a fairly large window (like mozilla) it lags the desapering of the remainders of the window in the previous spot.

I think it's some configuration in the "/etc/X11/XF86Config-4", just cause thats the one I've been changing a lot to try and find the error!

Here is what i think my problem is:
The is something not getting loaded in the Xserver Config, or something loaded and it shoudln't.
Anyway, the answer to this post will be my "/etc/X11/XF86Config-4".
