Mandrake 10 cd's wont boot???

Trying to install Mandrake 10 on clean h/d, the install cd's wont boot.
Before I had Mandrake and Winduhs on same h/d. Now I would like to install each on it's own h/d.
I reinstalled winduhs becuz I had both linux and winduhs on the same h/d. At that installation everything worked fine, now when I try to boot linux to install on a new h/d the cd's fail to boot. I have tried making a boot floppy with rawwritewin and rawrite in dos and neigther one work.

HOW can I git Mandrake to boot up and install on a seperate h/d????

THANX..................

Have you setup correct boot order in BIOS setup?

If CD#1 does not boot, try the 2nd one, or third.

same cd you used before?
Could it e possible that you incorrectly burn the CD, did you burn from a ISO so that the boot files are correct?
