Lime Wire problem!!!

I am trying to install limewire on my mandrake 10.1 machine. I downloaded the LimeWire Linux.rpm and install it the error I am getting is...

Some packages requested cannot be installed:
LimeWire-free-4.9.37-0.i386(due to unsatisfied j2re[>=1.4.1])
do you agree?

then when I hit okay the install stops... can anyone tell me what's going on? any help would be appreciated

thanks

You need to install the Java Runtime Environment. You can get it at www.java.com . They offer it in source, or a self-extracting .rpm, just follow the instructions and you should easily be able to get it installed.

There is a tarball available from the sun java site for the distributions that do not support rpm's. The tarball contains a binary installation utility.
