KDevelop for Mandriva 2007

Is there a Kdevelop rpm available for download for Mandriva 2007 ? It doesn't seem to be on my installation media, and the kdevelop site doesn't list a rpm for Mandriva...or do you have to purchase the Power Pack to get goodies like that now ?

Of course there is ; it is in 'main' on any repository.
