I can't install Mandrake 10.1


It shows me:
hda: max request size: 128 KiB
hda: lost interrupt
hda: lost interrupt
hda: lost interrupt
.............
and the instalation stop.
My computer: ASRock P4S61 Mainboard, Pentium IV 3,00 Ghz chipset SiS 661. 512 MB DDR,60 GB UDMA hard disk,Nvidia Geforce MX/MX 400 graphic card.
Please I need help.

Seems like the installer has a problem with your hard drive. On what part of the installation does this error occur?

When the initial screen pops up, press <F1> to enter expert mode. Enter 'linux noapic'
If that doesn't work try acpi=off instead of noapic (or try both).
Hopefully that'll do it.

If that works you might have to add it to your lilo.conf (or menu.lst if you use grub) during post-install.

In what part of te archive lilo.conf I must to add it.

I use grub, but I think you should have something like this

         label="linux"
         root=/dev/hda2
         initrd=/boot/initrd.img
         append="acpi=off"
         vga=788
         read-only
