How to restore K menu "Star" ?

Ok this sounds like a stupid question, but someone that I know running Mandriva 2005 accidently deleted their K menu Star (yellow) at the bottom of their left hand corner system tray and they are wanting to restore it, is there anyway to do this?

I did a search on the board for same problem and got hundreds of threads that have lead me no where.

Any suggestions?

If they removed the kmenu, then right click on an empty space on the panel, there are options to add things to the panel, search for "add special button" and select kmenu.
