firefox always prompting me for update

i just installed mdk10.1 and firefox as well thru rpmdrake. whenever i load up firefox i keep getting prompted to set it as the default browser. furthermore when i attempt to load up firefox thru xterm, i keep getting thrown a command not found error. anyone have any ideas?

The command for Firefox is:
$ mozilla-firefox

If you use the latest source build from Moz (the ones on rpmdrake are a few versions out of date and less secure) then you can use the command 'firefox' as long as you include the directory where you installed FF is in your PATH, if it isn't already.

to stop the default browser prompt:

Edit (on the menu bar in firefox) > Preferences > General tab > uncheck "Firefox should check to see if it's the default browser when starting"
