Why not create a simple section where jobs can be posted and users can apply.
OR
by some additions to forum , so that
users willing to get job can upload their resumes.
Employers by paying some ammount can search or view the resumes of all LQ members. and also can check the user's skills by viewing their posted articles/threads.
Hopefully jobs section will make the forum more interesting.

We have something in the works for this (more info should be available in the search), but it's not something you'll see in the short term. There's more to this legally than you might think (at least to do it correctly) and we have a couple other items much higher up in the queue.
I like the idea. If it would become popular you can really benefit from it, looking for job related to Linux or looking for people to hire. It's something I would like to see in the future.
