In short why is my reptation disabled yet am not an LQ newbie? Am not complaining, but i failed to get a good answer from the earlier discussions on this topic. I just need some clarification on this, i have posted some assistace though not much. thanks folks

Don't know why you think it's disabled...the 'scales' icon is visible to me, and appears functional.

The scales icon is visible to me too.

Check your settings in MyLQ.

Huh..indeed it is. However, I was able to add reputation to this post...whether it counts or not, I don't know.
