Is "wiki.linuxquestions.org" down?

I have been trying to open the LQ Wiki site for a couple of days now and always get the following message:

wiki.linuxquestions.org - Connection failed
Error code 20
The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.

I'm not sure what the message means exactly, although I'm not using a proxy. I get this message for the original link I tried ("http://wiki.linuxquestions.org/wiki/Linux-Windows_Software_Equivalents"), just "wiki.linuxquestions.org", or selecting the Linux Wiki link on "https://www.linuxquestions.org/".

So, is this a problem on my end, or is the site not working?

Possible it was an intermittent issue, but looks fine now. Have you been able to reach the site since?
