Important threads

Maybe there should be a function that makes posts jump to the top of that particular forum if they havent been answered after a particular time.
That way a threads Will always get noticed and not buried under a flurry of new threads.

A lot of posts are simply to vague and show, that the poster did not put much effort in eighter answering the question by him/herself or asking the question without giving any detail to work on.
These deserve to get lost IMO - and if that happens the OP could come to think about the reasons for the post not receiving any attention and rephrase the question.

As Nylex mentioned, we already have a 0-reply bump in place. Thanks for the feedback.
