I want the ability to undo "not helpful" ratings that I've made.

It is possible to hit the "not helpful" or "helpful" buttons by mistake.

It is possible to have second thoughts after rating a post.

Could you please give users the ability to undo ratings that they've made?

This has crossed my mind as well. IIRC, I've used the "not helpful" button all of one time, and that was a really drastic case with a completely inappropriate and patronizing post. But: it occurs to me that I may accidentally click "not helpful" in a midnight stupor, and it'd be nice if I could undo that.

Thanks for the feedback. It's possible we'll add this as a future enhancement. In the meantime, if you need a accidental helpful rating removed, contact me and I'll make sure it gets done.

I think it would be a great idea. Not only to deal w/ mis-clicks on the wrong button, but also if the poster edits the post & changes your view of it.

Usually that would seem like too much trouble, but I'm glad to know the option is there. Thanks.
