If I understand you correctly your wanting to find your own posts ??

The search can do this. On the search page you can specify what member name you want to search for. You can also go into your profile and click "search all posts by this user" and you can click the search on the bottom of each of your posts as well.
Also you can subscribe to your own threads and when someone replies it will send an email notification with a link to your post or thread you've subscribed to.

This sort of question belongs in the Website Questions and Suggestions so its being moved as you can see.
