Often when logging out after going to forum index or previously viewed page(at this stage it shows i'm not logged in) or other place clicking again will show i'm still logged in and when i log out once more i'm done. Happens on many distros(Ubuntu, Mandriva,Fedora,Debian..) and i use default distro browser and settings.
I just logged out. Then I clicked back to this page from the logout message. This page shows me as logged in. Now I shall click to post. If this post, I believe it will verify your report.
Edit: It posted.
Edit 2: The Welcome message saying "Welcome frankbell" now shows me as logged in.
