Designated forum janitors

This may seem like jumping overboard, but I think you need someone whose sole responibility would be to review posts in all forums and delete/move them to appropriate forums as necessary. There are more and more posts that are out of place. Forum admins probably don't really have time for that...

well, the moderators are here to do that. It's up to them if they wish to move posts etc... we try to leanient (?) about misplaced threads if it's not too much like a sore thumb, or an undesirable thread in general.

you can always report threads if you wish...
