adds (possibly spam) in the wiki.

surfing the wiki today, I found on this page:
http://wiki.linuxquestions.org/wiki/Distributions
and it has banner adds in the text. not separately, but as part of the text. This makes me suspicious, and I'm wondering if I can delete them.

That's by design. Users cannot enter any kind of javascript or malicious html into the wiki.

so they are there for a reason and perfectly legit?

A refresh changed them to google ads.

I'd like to say I don't like them- can we keep ads separate from the content please.

some thoughts:

google adds are far nicer.
more distinct separation from the text would be nice. (a separate box, a different color etc)
