How to re-install redhat-config-packages??

Various KDE-based packages were removed from my system recently, and I've been trying to re-install various packages on this RH 8.0 system. In particular, I just installed the redhat-config-packages RPM, but when I try running it (from the Menu>System Settings>Packages icon), it gives the Error "Installation Tree Not Found -- The path None does not look like a valid installation source"". Does anyone know what this means, and how to fix it??
Thank you,
cameron.
