New to LQ , locating stolen iphone

Hello everyone I’m new here and thankful for any help I receive here. Ive always been interested in learning about linux and the unknown things about computer programming , and coding and the hidden aspects of computers .
I am here now because my wifes iPhone was recently stolen and we have done everything possible to locate it and we just have had no luck now this jerk has changed all of her passwords to very important sites and its very frustrating because we are still getting notifications that her phone has just logged in nearby .
Anyhow thank you to all ofthe people that put all this to work and have patience for new people like me .

Call the police. Notify the web sites that your phone was stolen. Ask them to block/cancel the netflix/spotify/games/ect. accounts. Make new ones. Call your bank, tell them. Just like when a credit card is stolen. Cancel/block it.

Welcome, but not sure why you've come to a Linux forum because your wifes iPhone was stolen...not a lot anyone here can do to help you with an iPhone.

Not sure what you tried

When my wifes iphone was stolen. I run android so I helped her out. End of story. She knocked on door with my 6 foot 7 inch 235 lb frame behind her and they handed back her phone.

Howdy and Welcome.
