Hello, I'm an UNIX and GNU/LINUX prospect user. I hope some day I will get slackware or Open Solaris to work on my laptop.
I tried to install slackware using VMWare Workstation, but I found some problems and I will post them here, or maybe I'll just go on a direct install

.
I hope I can also contribute to the forum as much as possible. I'll be glad to do so.

I too hope you get your Slackware OS installed and working as you wish, as it's an enjoyable distro.

Welcome to the forums. I personally love slackware although my system is a hybrid I think its a great choice.
