Hello I am new to Linux and Linux Questions a Newbie intro

I have installed Linux Mint 19 with a USB file only a few days ago. I Moved from Windows 7 with windows 10 installed on it. I have been thinking about installing the Linux OS for a while now and I took the plunge just two days ago. I use computers and do not know anything of programming etc. My interest is in music and Photography and general info which is what I do on my PCs So I gave this Linux Mint a chance and I like it. I have been encouraged to migrate from Windows by a long time friend and one of my neighbours. Here I am.
Kind Regards to all.

Another person who took a step in the right direction.

I've been handling Linux servers for years, but just switched my own computer a few weeks ago. I'm not going back.
