Hello from a new member from the Land of Lincoln
My name is Terry McCann and my wife and I live in Glen Carbon, IL which is about 25 minutes east of St. Louis, MO.
I retired 6 years ago after a 42 year career in almost every aspect of IT starting with TAB cards (if you know what that is) and ending up supporting SAP on Linux servers for the last 12 years. That experience prepared me for dumping Windows at home and moving to a Linux environment for our desktop systems. I tried several distros before settling on Mint mostly for what I perceive as its stability and ease of maintenance.
I've lurked here before searching for answers to problems I encountered and thought it was about time I got more involved.
