greetings LQ World!

Running up against an "undefined reference to 'main'" error from a newly installed eciplse IDE using the AVR add-in has initiated my intro into the LQ forum. Compiling the same (simple "Hello World") application using the cygwin-gcc chain was successful so I suspect the error is related to some erroneous AVR setup on my part.

Anyway, I am hoping to bring something to the forum table a soon as I pick up some embedded software/harware engineering skills. In the meantime I will thank you in advance for your help and many thereafter.

Regards.

BTW - my bio is at URL: http://blog-235.blogspot.com/
