I'm absolutely loving the luck I've had finding good discussion forums for Linux. When I saw posts from 2003 in the "Read this first" thread, as well as pages and pages of daily activity (i.e. RESPONSES!) I was sold.
My name is Bruce, and I'm being forced to learn some linux (command line mostly). Unfortunately I have a one dimensional reliance on IBM i5 for 15 years now, and the current wave of the future in my little corner of Florida includes a bare bones redhat installation on a Power 7 partition. I gotta be honest, I don't know what I'm in for.
I'm off to surf the newbie forums, have a spiffy day everyone!
