Lightbulb A new spin on Reality.


Help Help I think I was Brainwashed by Micro$oft.....

I think I have had a revelation.... Im bored With windows.. so I took alook around and checked a few things out and decieded to wipe my hard drive and install Fedora I have had some experiance with linux befor but nothing too extensive. So yes I can be called a Newbie... Current have win2k pro installed... im tired of spyware adware the contuinous threat of virus and what haveyou.
Just looking fer a bit of help if i run into any problems.. Wait I hear alarm bells going off at microsoft another soul has excaped their grasp.

Off to a new reality. Aka Fdisk.

I think there was a surge in the Micro$oft force. Allowing some of us to escape.
Well I have not killed Windows yet, but I've made a permanant move to Linux, and I'm finding everything that I need in Linux (that I used in Windows) but with more flexability.

I'm a little worried with the time it took to get my Linux machine up and running? Will we ever see the general computer user ( without a degree in computing) , boot into Linux?

WEll im back again...

WEll as i said i got bored with micro$oft... downloaded fedora.... burned the dvd.. obliterated my system... And then installed... guessing that im back online i did something right... though it is kinda strange not useing any microsoft product... had a few head bashing moments along the way and im sure that this is just the start of them. just a overall thought it looks like it is faster then windoze 2k .

ill be back again.
