I don't want to sound like an smart a**, but Redhat 8.0 is pretty old and unsupported. Even when it was supported, I consider it the worst Redhat release to date (with 7.3 being great and 9.0 being acceptable). The chances you have in getting a wireless USB adapter working on it are not very good, if at all possible. Check out Fedora 7, if you like Redhat-line.
Just so you can have an idea how old Redhat 8.0 is:
Redhat 8.0 > Redhat 9.0 > Fedora Core 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. So yes, RH 8.0 is old.
And to answer your question, you might want to take a look in
here and choose one of those "supported" devices to be on the safe side.
