Public wifi? I have my links to different web sights that I have to click on a certain web page to get it to redirect and pull up the login page. Google.com doesn't even work. I'll always get an unsecured site message. Try doing that. Different wrb sights until you find one that will take and you get redirected to your login page.
BUT
if you have a personal router that uses a login page and your browser does not pull it up when you type in the address to it. Then how can you be sure you're set up right?
what messages are you getting when you try to login via a web browser?
(I wish people would post relevant information more often. ie messages they get when something is not working.)
I don't have different browser on kali , just firefox and I try different wrb sights but didn't work , I am using mikrotik wifi hotspot and it need to login on page before you can using internet.

not what browser are you using. that does not matter. and
if you are not getting out then how can you be sure you have it set up properly?
Message that appear is "The page cannot be found"
and before I changed config I can't connect to wifi it was stay on connecting but now it is connected but can't open login page

investigation is needed:
you need to locate someone next to you and make sure you are getting the proper and correct address or go talk to the person in charge there ... ????
When I use my win 10 I can connect normal without any problem, is that answer or you need more ?
sorry for my bad English
if you can log onto the net via your Windows on the same (laptop) and cannot get to the internet via your workstation, then it cannot be setup properly. you have have made an error in your thinking. you need to go back over your settings and rethink it.

yesterday I install win xp on vmware and tasted wifi, it worked great,,,, but on kali not work ,, why?
you're asking the wrong person, got to go to the source. goto -> Kali and ask them personally or by email, or forum. They created it not I. Therefore I cannot speak for them.

I just removed VirtualBox installed VMware installed Kali and installed VMWare tools, and opened up my firefox and I have internet via the default connection.
As I said before there is no "wifi" for a Virtual OS -- so I am more confused now to what you are doing to try and get kali to connect to the internet.
Just an observation on my part: but between VurtualBox and VMware - vmware is a memory hog. I installed Solaris 11 while having Kali running and going through a post install upgrade, it ate up all of my 10GB swap, and 16GB RAM Kali couldn't finish its upgrade due to no more resources. I had to shut down Solaris in order to complete the post-upgrade in Kali. It almost locked me up, but I got to Solaris in time to shut it down before that took place.
With VirtualBox I have never had such issues with two or more VirtualOS's running at the same time. just saying.
