Hi danilom,
I'd solved it and when I run it, in the last line say
"There appears to be another RADIUS server running on the authentication port 1812"

How can I disable other server hence only one running?

Preciously I installed freeradius-2.0.2 in /usr/share/doc/radiusd

then as you adviced me to install freeradius-1.1.7 then I installed in
/usr/src/freeradius-1.1.7

and RHEL4 radiusd-1.0.1 I'd disabled it from the Service.

is this the problem?

Well its a very bad habbit to just install packages without resolving dependencies (using yum or some other installer) and installing other versions without first uninstalling old one.

It seems that after installing some packages your freeradius 2.0.2 started and that is the reason why it says that the radius daemon is already started.

You should try for start uninstalling one or the other version or as my opinion it is the best to uninstall all and install it with yum (or with some other installer )to resolve all dependencies and it will work out of the box, just a matter of going through .conf files and it will work as expected.

Try installing the mysql-devel-*.rpm package. It resolved the issue for me on Fedora 9.
