when rebooting the machine it start into another terminal not in root


i am getting some problem when rebooting the fedora system it is not start in root terminal it goes to another terminal.
what i do?

What is your reboot command?

If you mean you are logging off from X, of course it will restart and ask you to log in again. Have you tried a three fingered salute?
