VMWARE and Wireless Card not working

I use Mandriva 2007 and have installed VMWARE and installed Windows XP. I use a Netgear WG511T wireless card and it works fine under linux but when I log into Windows via VMWARE my network card does not work. It doesn't even recognize the card or the pcmcia controller. Is there a particular driver from VMWARE that I need to install?

Is there a wired nic in the machine? Meaning you have a wireless and wired nic.
