I have installed a Censornet box in my network. The machines are all using MS Windows except for mine that is running Suse 9.2. The Censornet box is in router mode, and all the users are configured to "Allow web and other". The problem is that all the windows boxes are able to log in MSN Messenger, and do everything as they are supposed, execept for mine that is ONLY able to browse the web, but not able to use GAIM, Azureus, and the superkaramba theme Liquid weather and even do a YOU update. My box was added manually because Censornet's is only able to automatically look for windows workstations.
Now i have switched to bridge mode and everything works, and i am able to log in with gaim using the global environment settings parameter, and YOU works as it does liquidid weather.
I guess that in bridge mode suse gets to escape from the proxy and works correctly.
My question is:
In router mode how can i tell suse to use the censornet's proxy for all the protocols there are??
I'm not sure if i add censornet's ip to /etc/resolv.conf it would work??'
