Strange messages

Recently, I've been getting these strange messages at startup. In fact the output from dmesg is nothing but these. Can anyone help me decode it? What program could be sending these messages and is it a problem? Thanks in advance.

It looks like broadcast messages that are being logged as they are dropped.

I'm guessing iptables is logging this.

Are you using this box as a router for your network?
