Setting up DD-WRT as a repeater.

OK, So here is my dillema. I have 2 routers. I will call them Router1 and Router2. Simple Enough. Both are wireless. Router1 is connected to the internet and has WEP 64 security (haha security....right....). Router2 is a WRT54GS with DD-WRT loaded on it. This is the setup I would like. How could I do this?
Code:
                              INTERNET
                                  |
                               ROUTER1 (WEP 64)
                          ________|________
                      ___|___ |
                     | | ROUTER2
                    PC PC ___|___
                                       | |
                                       PC PC

Yes, I have seen that. However, that does not account for ANY sort of security. It only allows for open networks. Is it impossible to use wep with it?
